You may start by either going the the Government Center (16 E 9th St Anderson, IN), or by contacting your attorney.
If I was to call 911 from a cell phone, can the Sheriff's find me? Is it better to keep your home phone in case of emergency or can you be found with your cell phone? Trying to cut costs, but do not want to put my family in jeopardy.

While the Sheriff's Department will receive your subscriber information when you call 911 from your cell phone we may not be able to imediatelly locate where the phone is located. Additionally there are several reasons your home phone and cell phone may stop working (ie. lines down, power outages, busy times).

CM stands for Criminal Misdemeanor.
How can you find out what judge someone has for there court date?

I am concerned in my area, I have heard a convicted child molestor lives on my block. I have tried many sites, and I cannot find the Anderson City sex offender registry anymore. The one I am looking for will have the map of Anderson and check on the star to get the info. Can you please help me locate this again??

Yes it is provided by the Prosecutors Office.
